Tell me why you think health and safety is going too far in the United Kingdom.
People expect to be able to sue someone, they don't care who, if they have an accident. Accidents do happen, but look the word up in the dictionary. Then report the accident to someone who can do something about it and make sure the accident doesn't happen again - the next person may not be so fortunate and could be injured even worse. If you sue them they may not be able to fix the problem, so you could indirectly cause the next accident.
Before you sue, stop and think - was it my fault really - am I just being greedy - am I morally right to sue?
