Unfortunately caught the start of this "Reality TV" programme on Channel 4 tonight, while flicking through the FreeView channels.
I caught a sound bite from a single mother, who apparently lives with another single mother and their 8 children. "I f@#$&%g hate politicians. What have they ever done for me?"
This one sound bite sums up so much that is wrong with this country. Yes, I'm making some very large assumptions here and I'm probably wrong, but why should a politician do anything for them? Politicians are elected to work for the community, not each individual. What have they done to help themselves?
Grrr - it makes my blood boil and I'm pleased to vote with my finger and change the channel - I hate "Reality TV"!
